Ici Mag: Ranger divers, the impossible duo
Share
The Ranger Divers were born from the meeting of two people passionate about the underwater world, on the wreck of the American research vessel, the USS Liberty, attacked by the Israeli army in 1967 off the Sinai Peninsula.
“Since then, we have never left each other and have dedicated our lives to scuba diving and teaching this discipline, mainly in the Philippines,” Zacharie and Mathieu tell me.
With many aquatic skills, teachers, photographers, first aiders, biologists, and certified hyperbaric chief operators, they have set up their professional structure in Biscarrosse, from where they can move as needed, anywhere in France and abroad.
They offer complete aquatic intervention services including:
• Technical missions: marking, refloating, search and recovery, inspection, maintenance and installation.
• Safety missions: supervision of diving operations, management of aquatic safety, implementation of emergency plans and protocols.
• Media missions: underwater shots, creation of commercial content, event coverage.
“One of our goals is to become the aquatic and underwater reference in our region”
